~ Roller can be used wrists, neck, over heart, temples or you can apply on your palms and rub plams together while breathing in deeply before you starts your asana yoga practice. Your oil roller and personal salve are made in-house from highest quality organic and wild foraged ingredients, including beeswax, essential oils, natural herbs.
 
Use salve daily on your feet at the end of the evening. Massage into your feet then 
place fresh clean socks over your feet. 
 
Your Deep blue rub is for any sore, tender areas on your body. This may be pain, sore muscles or even a headache. BE MINDFUL of your eyes, as this product contains pepperment.
