My Story

Welcome! My name is Shar'ron Boren. I am a mother of three teens, a wife to my best friend and I am passionate about functional movement and holistic wellness. I help others find easy ways to boost their health.  

 

I have been teaching Yoga for seven years. The past five years I have been in multiple car accidents and dealt with daily pain. Functional yoga has been one major tool in my healing journey. Herbal care as well. Movement and plants are healing in daily life supporting the whole body. I want to help you with easy functional yoga to reduce pain, improve mental focus, weight management, fast self care habits, I want to guide you towards lasting energy for those rich relationships you desire most.  My passion is also making organic salves, essential oil rollers and using all natural products that will support your daily yoga practice and body. I teach Hatha, Slow Flow, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I offer an accessible pattern for easy self care. A devoted time in relationship to the care and keeping your body, a private practice that you will love. 

 

Functional yoga puts people before postures. It honors the difference in people from ability level, complexity of the practice, the amount of tension in their body, and the shape of their body. We will work the art of simultaneous stillness and movement. Each class I offer will be a devoted time to the unseen parts of ourselves. We shift our awareness on our breath, the function of the pose, and whether we are trying to strengthen or stretch the target area in the body. I know this will be a daily intimate time you look forward to.
