Shar’ron has been teaching yin, slow flow, hatha and vinyasa yoga flow for 7 years. Her desire as a yoga teacher is to continue to learn the art of simultaneous stillness and movement.

Personal practice encourages us to be curious, discover and to cultivate a relationship with our bodies. To have a devoted time to practice awareness, breath, shifting our attention inward.
