Please make sure you have a oil that is safe for topical, internal and aromatic use! Making sure you are using good sourced oils; without chemicals and ethically harvested. This is why I use Doterra.


Lavender essential Oil

Top properties:

Sedative

Antifungal

Astringent

Antihistamine (relieve symptoms of different types of allergies)

Cytophylactic (means that the oils stimulate the generation of new cells)

Hypotensive (lowerswers blood pressure)

Analgesic (pain reliever)

Nervine (used to calm nerves)

Relaxing

Soothing

Antispasmodic (used to help stop involuntary muscle spasms)

Regenerative

Cardiotonic (helping the heart)

Antibacterial (preventing the growth of bacteria)


Main benefits:

-Soothing for the skin

-Reduces anxious feelings or feelings of tension

-Provides relaxing qualities that can help promote a peaceful sleep


Uses:

  • Add to shampoo to keep hair looking thick and healthy

  • For teeth grinding, diffuse or ir nhale in palms

  • Apply to burns, sunburns and scars (helps reduce scarring)

  • Apply immediately to burns to stop the pain

  • Apply to athletes foot and other topical fungal infections to stop them quickly

  • Allergies or hay fever: take in a capsule with lemon, peppermint or rub in palms and inhale

  • Colic and upset baby: dilute and massage gently along the spine, abdomen, or bottoms of feet to calm.

  • Cuts, wounds, and blisters: apply to site to cleanse, heal, limit scars.

  • Apply to bug bites or hives to soothe as a natural antihistamine

  • Nosebleeds and pink eye: apply across bridge of nose or around eyes, but not in eyes

  • High blood pressure: use on pulse points and over heart, or take in a capsule

  • Migraines and headaches: inhale and apply to temples and back of neck

  • Apply one drop to the skin to soothe occasional skin irritation

  • Apply lavender oils on skin right after you get a burn (will help with pain and keep skin from blistering)

  • Take one drop internally to calm the nervous system

  • Defuse in the air to relax and ease add restful sleep

  • Take two drops internally to reduce anxious feelings and promote peaceful sleep

  • Emotional balance unheard ————> expressed

  • Lavender blends well with citrus, lemon, peppermint, clary sage, wild orange, tangerine, frankincense
